Making a complaint to TDR

The TDR service is available to residential and small business customers of telecommunications companies that are members of TDR. 

Before TDR can consider your complaint, you must have made it to the company first, and given them a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

MUC dispute resolution

TDR now provides dispute resolution services under the Multi-Unit Complexes (MUC) Dispute Resolution Code. The MUC Code sets out requirements that local fibre companies must follow, when accessing multi-user premises to install fibre cable.

Disconnection or suspension of telecommunications services

Telecommunication providers have a contractual right to disconnect or suspend a customer’s services if there are unpaid accounts or there has been misuse of the services.
