6 Aug 2009—High Rates of Customer Satisfaction for TDR

Research into customer satisfaction rates for TDR show that 93% of people using the service would recommend it to their friends. A further 90% said they were satisfied with how their complaint was handled, and 86% said the process overall was fair and impartial.

The survey asked questions of more than 200 people who had recently used the TDR service.

The customers were also asked questions about the attitude and knowledge of the TDR, and more than 90% of people on both questions rated the service they had received from TDR people as either excellent or good.
