Make a Complaint to TDR Online
Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) is a free and independent service to help work out disputes between consumers and telecommunication companies.
Before you make a complaint to TDR you need to have made the complaint to your telecommunication company. A complaint must also be about an event that happened on or after 30 November 2007, when TDR started operating.
The company you want to complain about must be a member of the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution Scheme.
TDR will need your complaint in writing. You can:
- fill in the form below
- download the complaint form, print it out and send or fax it to TDR, or
- TDR can help you fill it in over the phone - call freephone 0508 98 98 98.
If you need to make a complaint to your telecommunications company first there is also a form you can use.
