Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) is a free and independent service to help work out disputes between consumers and telecommunication companies.
You need to have made your complaint to your telecommunication company first, before TDR can get involved. The company you want to complain about must be a member of the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution Scheme.
TDR will need your complaint in writing. You can fill in a form online, download the complaint form and print it out, or TDR can help you fill it in over the phone - call on 0508 98 98 98.
