The TDR service is only available to customers of telecommunications companies that have joined the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution Scheme. These companies have agreed to comply with the Customer Complaints Code, and to be bound by the decisions made by TDR.
If the telecommunications company you use is not a member of the Scheme and you think they should be, let them know. They can contact TDR at any time. Companies that join the Scheme have three months to bring their complaints process in line with the Code.
